HR department carries out the following duties:
Carry out registration of reception, translation and discharge of employees according to the labor legislation of Azerbaijani Republic.
Conducting the account of employees’ work-record cards, as well as preparation of structure, staff list, charts of vacations and economic workers’ dislocation.
Prepare appropriate private affairs on employees during interview of reception, their certifications and discharge, annually to make the report on company activity for submission to the state bodies and management.
Regularly, train new employees in a labur discipline, internal rules compliances as well as, precise and duly adherence to orders, by Company management and director.
